Green electricity for Industries (GEFI)
Industries contribute more than a third of the world’s direct and indirect greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, despite the undeniable importance of industries and the products they manufacture to the economy.
Growth Energy in collaboration with Empower New Energy, develops, finances, and deploys clean power plants for industries in Africa. We offer flexible models such as power purchase agreements or hire-purchase, eliminating the need for upfront investments from our customers or power off-takers.
This approach allows our customers to focus on their core activities while simultaneously reducing their overheads and contributing to a greener future.

Sustainable Cities.
Rapid population growth in Africa is increasing demand for housing and putting pressure on existing infrastructure. This hampers efforts to combat climate change as many households rely on diesel or PMS generators in the absence of a reliable electricity grid. In Nigeria, for instance, over 3 million generators are in use, causing significant pollution and health problems, particularly in urban areas.
Growth Energy finances and deploys sustainable solar power plants and battery storage solutions to replace polluting generators in urban and peri-urban residential areas. By doing this, we support real estate developers to focus on their core business while ensuring sustainability of their projects.
